Will Pulsar Plus work with my electric vehicle?
Yes. Pulsar Plus is compatible with all electric vehicles sold in North America, including Tesla, Ford, Rivian, Hyundai, Kia, GM, and more.
J1772 version: Works with all non-Tesla EVs and Tesla vehicles using an adapter (not included).
NACS version: Connects directly to Tesla vehicles, no adapter required.
If you switch EV brands in the future, your Pulsar Plus will continue to work as a level 2 EV car charger and J1772 level charger.
How fast can Pulsar Plus charge my car?

What electrical setup do I need at home?
Pulsar Plus requires a 240V (Level 2) circuit and can be installed in one of two ways:

Hardwired installation: Direct connection for higher power output (48A only)

Do I need a professional electrician?
If you already have a NEMA 14-50 outlet, installation is typically plug-and-play.
For hardwired installations or higher amperage configurations, Wallbox recommends using a licensed electrician to ensure safety and code compliance for installing an EV charger at home.
Do I need to upgrade my electrical panel?
Not always.
If your home has an available 240V circuit rated at 40A or higher, upgrades are usually unnecessary.
